Our women's Run Club in Glen Mills and West Chester is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required! Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our running coaches will help you improve your health and fitness, and connect with other women runners. We were all at our first run once, and we are ready to greet you and help you feel welcome!

When and where does Run Club meet?

Sundays at 7:00a in a different park/trail each week. Location will be announced in private Facebook group the week of the run.

Running for Beginners: 5k training program

Do you ever dream of making it across the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Are you looking to get stronger and fitter? Then join our Running for Beginners program! We start gradually and build up to a 5k! You'll learn effective running form, breathing techniques, fueling for longer runs, best practices for injury prevention, and more. Weekly training emails will keep you motivated, progressing towards your goals, and learning key running tips.

Gradually increase your mileage with our group runs on Sundays at 7:00a meeting at various parks in Glen Mills and West Chester.

Check out our Run Club Plan to train smart and safely. Your complete 8-week program will be provided by your run coach. Strollers are welcome to training runs, but may or may not be permitted for your race.
