Body Back 8 wk AM Session April 4, 2017
Please note: this program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 6 months after delivery. Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides. Program payments are non-refundable, since your payment holds your spot in the course.
On Day 1 of class for Initial Assessments, remember to weigh yourself first thing in the morning and record that weight. Wear form-fitting clothes for the before and after pictures. Wear the SAME clothes again on Tuesday, May 23rd for the Final Assessments.

Please remember to arrive on time as we start promptly and wouldn't want you to miss out!
Don't forget to bring plenty of water and a mat or towel for ab exercises. Most importantly, be sure to eat something before coming to class!
